Dangerousness and Criminal Justice as a Dialogue Between Italy and Türkiye brings together scholars from Italy and Türkiye who examine the concept of "dangerousness", representing a product of a long-standing cooperation among scholars from the Universities of Pisa and of Istanbul. The concept of dangerousness has been explored with a holistic and integrated approach, offering analysis from every area of criminal law, as such, substantive criminal law, criminal procedure law and prison law.
